How self-collection works.

Place your order
Shop at thepinkapparel.com. Your order must total at least RM100.

Choose Self Pick Up
At checkout, select Self Pick Up as your delivery option.

Complete payment
Complete your payment online to place your order.

Check your email
Your order confirmation will arrive by email. This confirms your order; please wait for the collection message before travelling.

Look out for our WhatsApp
We will send you a WhatsApp message when your parcel is ready for collection.

Collect your parcel
Bring your order details once we have confirmed your parcel is ready. You may also arrange a third-party transporter at your own cost.

Collect from our warehouse.
Collection hours
Monday–Friday: 9:00 am–5:30 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am–1:00 pm
Closed on public holidays.
Saturday collections must be confirmed within Saturday's opening hours.
Collection of confirmed orders only.
No walk-in shopping.
