问. 我该如何在网站上购买订单？
下单步骤如下：-

  1. 点击您想购买商品上的“加入购物车”按钮。
  2. 点击“继续购物”以继续将其他产品添加到购物车，或点击“结账”以进行付款。
  3. 您将到达登录页面，需要使用您的用户名和密码登录账户。如果您还没有创建账户，则需要在进行付款前注册一个账户。
  4. 您需要在“送货地址”页面确认您的送货地址，并点击“下一步”按钮。
  5. 在此页面，您需要选择送货方式，并点击“下一步”按钮。
  6. 接下来，您需要选择付款方式，然后点击“下一步”按钮。
  7. 完成上述步骤后，您需要重新确认账单详情并同意相关条款与条件。
  8. 点击“确认订单”以完成订单。

问. 如何更改我的账户个人信息和送货地址？

  • 登录您的账户 → 点击“账户维护” → 在此处编辑您的账户信息和送货地址。


问. 我忘记了账户密码。该如何找回？

  1. 点击“忘记密码？”，并在框中填写您注册账户时使用的电子邮箱。
  2. 点击提交。
  3. 系统会向您发送一个验证令牌。收到令牌后，您就可以为您的账户设置新密码了。


问. 我可以取消已下的订单吗？
可以，前提是订单仍处于待处理状态。

- 请发送电子邮件至我们的客服邮箱 info@booandbub.com，邮件标题请注明“取消订单申请”，以通知我们取消订单。

- 已进入配送流程或已发货的订单将无法取消。


问. 产品交易货币是什么？
所有产品交易均以马来西亚令吉 (MYR) 进行。

配送通常需要 3 到 7 个工作日。

Orders & payment

How do I place an order?

Add your chosen items to your cart, then proceed to checkout. Review your items, delivery details and total before completing payment.

Which payment methods can I use?

The available payment methods are shown at checkout. Choose from the options displayed for your order. If you need help completing payment, contact our team.

Can I cancel my order?

Contact our team as soon as possible with your order number. Cancellation is only possible while an order is pending; orders that are being shipped or have shipped cannot be cancelled.

What currency are prices shown in?

Prices and transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

How long will delivery take?

Delivery timing depends on your destination and order. For help with a specific delivery, contact our team with your order number.

Can I collect my order?

Self-collection is available for qualifying orders. Read our self-collection page for the minimum order, opening hours and collection steps. Always wait for our WhatsApp confirmation before travelling.

Where do I collect my order?

Collection is from 7 Jalan 2/108c, Taman Sungai Besi, 57100 Kuala Lumpur. Collection is for confirmed orders only; there is no walk-in shopping. View collection details.

How do I access my account?

How do TPAC Rewards work?

How do I check my points?

Open the Rewards button on our website and sign in to view your points and available rewards. You can also start from our rewards page.
